Det blev dagen efter för att posta eftersom jag väntade in Jacobs svar, kunde ta bort den parentesen för han var (inte oväntat) positiv till att jag delade. Avslutade med att tacka honom och #sharingiscaring.

Jacob Morgan has done a great infographic again and talking about inspiring he inspired me to make a LI post where I share it.
One of my skills is to take something and put it in a new context - to see a good example and rethink and remake a little to make it fit somewhere else. During the exercise you often learn a lot. (in this case I learnt I didn't dare to post this without asking Jacob for permission - he may not like at all that I tamper with his work?)
What resonated very well with me in this excellent infographic is that the focus is on so important things, which of some not mentioned very often, especially not in business context.
I am now both my leader and my employee, and this is so truth for both roles, for me as a human being.
I read through again and with some very small changes this can be used by everyone, everywhere:
5 tips to create a motivational & inspirational message for everyone (replace your team with everyone)
Be Real - replace Your company and employees with You.
Be Grateful - replace Employees with Yourself.
Be Proud of Success - remove 'for your company'
Be Empathetic - replace employees with someone else, remove as a leader
Be Hopeful - replace leader with human being
